Emmer Green Farm

According to an undated, hand-drawn receipt in the Gilbert Spencer archive (Arts University Bournemouth), ‘Farm buildings at Emmer Green’ (presumably this work) was sold to John Dodgson Esq of 68 Chelsea Park View, London SW for £12.12. It had been offered for sale at the Goupil Gallery in 1923 (31) for £20.
