Farm Buildings, Dorset (alt. title: Durweston Village)

This is one of three 'pleasant green landscapes' praised in Frank Rutter's exhibition review in The Sunday Times (10 March 1929) as 'irresistible in the modesty of their approach to nature and in their perfect presentation of things beautifully seen.' The others were Ayot Green (1929, untraced) and The Rick Yard (c. 1926, private collection).
